(Off-season Training)
About EFS More than any other factor, strength & conditioning programs have drastically changed
the athletic world in recent years by increasing athletes’ strength, speed, flexibility, and endurance.
Strength and conditioning is different than weight training. The goal of strength & conditioning
is to improve an athlete’s overall performance, rather than simply strength. For example, in addition to weight lifting
programs, strength and conditioning integrates speed and quickness drills and dynamic mobility exercises. Strength and conditioning
programs are based on advanced scientific research that uses techniques such as periodization phases and plyometric training.
As a result of employing scientifically proven training techniques,
the athletes that Extreme Fitness & Sport s (EFS) works with achieve their maximum physical potential improving in the
areas of:
• Overall strength • Speed and acceleration • Explosiveness and neuro-reactiveness • Flexibility and dynamic mobility • Endurance •
Recovery time
Because the athletes that EFS trains achieve a higher
level of physical fitness, they perform more efficiently and with a decreased risk of injuries. Strength and conditioning is different than weight training. The goal of strength & conditioning

in both sport training and athletics, Mr. Morton understands the physical demands that athletes confront and the kinesiology
of sports and sport conditioning.
Mr. Morton specializes in neuromuscular coordination development, periodized
training, and speed and strength resistance training.
Mr. Morton was also the Fitness

ages and levels: youth sports, high school, college, and professional. EFS also effectively trains athletes of almost all
major ports in the Western Hemisphere: football, baseball, basketball, softball, volleyball, soccer, martial arts, field hockey,

EFS was excited to learn that they had earned the trust of over
one thousand individuals/athletes within the last year, to better prepare them for their sports.
